To consider financial matters:
To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
To receive the Financial Summary to 31 August 2015
To note confirmation of the Annual Return for the year 2014-15 by the Auditors and comments recorded
Streetlight upgrades
To receive a report on progress of the street light upgrades
To consider and agree the supplementary cost of £800 to purchase third party warranty in respect of the lanterns and lighting columns(cover from Barclays)to cover the total value of the order should Advanced LEDs cease trading
To consider information in respect of temporary vehicle activated signs(VAS) that display a 30 or 40mph speed limit and consider and agree an appropriate response
'Information Panel'
To consider and agree to the production of an 'Information Panel' providing local information about Kirkbymoorside and broader information about Ryedale to be displayed on the Town Council notice board, Town Farm car park and various businesses throughout the town

To note that the cost of production of the artwork and content of the 'Information Panel' would be met by RDC
To authorise the Town Clerk to manage the content of the information panel in liaison with members of the council

To note with sadness reports of ill health of Barry Brook, for a number of years an active contributor to this council and to Kirkbymoorside life
