To consider financial matters:
To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
To receive the Financial Summary to 30 September 2019
To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2020/21
To agree the budget for 2020/21 and determine the precept
To note that the Councillors Audit for Q1 and Q2 has been carried out
Insurance
To note the Commercial Combined Insurance Policy falls due for renewal on 1st November 2019
To note that the insurance scheme has been transferred from Aviva to RSA due the increased cover limits (now £15m public liability & higher personal accident limits) and competitive rating, and to consider and agree the annual premium rate of £2,229.19 (including IPT and fees, reduced from £2,642.54 with Aviva in 2018) under the terms of a new 3 year long term agreement
To consider and agree the recommendation for Cyber Package Insurance from Touchstone Underwriting Ltd for the period from the 1st November 2019 to the 31st October 2020 at a premium (including IPT and all fees) of £305.00
To receive the Operational Inspection Report carried out at Old Road play area and skatepark on 2 October 2019 and note that at the time of issue of the agenda the recommended repairs detailed on page 10 are in progress
To receive information in respect of the North Yorkshire Electric Vehicle charging project

To note the free drop in event 'Cut My Carbon Footprint' on Saturday 2nd November, 10.30am - 2pm at the Milton Rooms, Malton Market Place

To note NYCC are recruiting members to the North Yorkshire Local Access Forum, the closing date for which is 8th November 2019
