   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 6 September 2013
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To consider and recommend to Council the response regarding the views expressed by PKF Littlejohn LLP, the External Auditors, regarding the re-valuation of the Fixed Assets considering that it was understood that the view expressed previously had been addressed appropriately
6. To consider whether to recommend commissioning expert advice to assist with the response to PKF Littlejohn LLP
7. Councillors' Audit
   1. Review the monthly financial reports, business continuity and the risk assessment section of the annual return and agree any recommendations to Council which may arise
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
