Notice has been issued of Planning Application 21/00518/MOUT in respect of the development of Sylatech and Land to the east of West Lund Lane, Kirkbymoorside.
The Planning Authority (Ryedale District Council) have extended the deadline for observations by the Town Council to 22 April 2021. The planning application will be reviewed by the Town Council at the meeting to be held remotely via Zoom at 7pm on Monday 26 April 2021. (Note the meeting was due to be held on 19 April but has been deferred to accommodate the official mourning period for HRH Prince Philip, in accordance with Section 243 of the Local Government Act 1972).
