6. Award of Grants

9. Old Library
   1. To receive a report of meetings regarding short term use of the building and agree policy in relation to letting, rent and other expenses.
10. Town Guide
    1. To agree arragements for finalising copy together with printing and distribution.
11. Hosting of Council Website, E-mail and related services
    1. To agree a process for review of services purchased by the Council inculding a detailed report on existing services, review of current needs and possible requirement to re-tender
12. Welcome To Kirkbymoorisde Signs
    1. To consider proposals received for funding, format and installation.
13. Dog Bins
    1. To agree installation of new bins on the basis of prices received
14. NALC Code of Conduct & Register of Members' Interests
    1. To consider a recommendation by Ryedale District Council that a new Code and Register be adopted following the introduction of a new ethical framework under the Localism Act 2011.
15. Street Lighting
    1. To consider whether to contract with the County Council for a survey regarding replacement of street lights
    2. To note that a tender for maintenance has been distributed
16. Councillors' Surgeries
    1. To review current arrangements
17. (Cllr Brampton) To consider purchasing the Yorkshire Post daily for placement in the town library under LGA 1972 section 137.
18. (Cllr Brampton) To consider whether any action should be taken over the weeds growing in The Shambles
