   1. To decide how council email addresses should be used for councillors
   2. To consider what directories should be included on the council web site

   4. To consider subscribing to a site search service at a cost of $60 per annum
   5. To consider purchasing a licence for Goodsync to synchronise public files between the office computer and the web site
   6. To consider purchasing Amazon S3 storage services for backup and possible sharing of office files
