Planning application 13/01314/MOUT by Gladman Developments Ltd - To receive a report from Janet Waggot, CEO at RDC, detailing the ramifications of the new application particularly providing clarity on the conflict of the planning history with the adopted Local Plan
Old Library
1. To receive an update regarding the progress of the works to the former library building
To note any progress in respect of the S106 project funding applications which were submitted to RDC on 20 November 2013
To agree the specification for the Grounds Maintenance(Cemetery & Play Areas) and Manor Vale Woodland contract
