4. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance and Annex 2 documents from Councillor Clarke
5. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
6. To receive an address from Gill Garbutt, Education Manager at North Yorkshire County Council, regarding a project that involves a lottery grant application which needs the support of the Town Council
7. Discussions with District and County Councillors
   1. County and District Councillors to respond to questions already posed
   2. Town Councillors to raise urgent matters recently arisen
   3. County and District Councillors to advise the Town Council on any new matters
8. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary for July 2014
9. To consider entering into discussions with NYCC with a view to moving the Town Council Office to the library when the lease for the current office runs out on 20th August 2015
10. The Moorside Room
    1. To consider and agree the provider for a phone line and internet
    2. To consider and agree the installation of a loop system at a cost of £1,530
    3. To consider and agree the installation of sound absorbing panels
    4. To consider offering the Moorside Room to local charities for one Wednesday each month, for use as a fundraising venue
11. Neighbourhood Plan
    1. To receive and consider information in respect of the proposed Neighbourhood Plan
    2. To consider the Draft Community Led Plan
12. Ryedale District Council
    1. To note that the Community Infrastructure Levy Draft Charging Schedule has been prepared for consultation http://www.ryedaleplan.org.uk/ and the closing date for representations is 4pm on Wednesday 6th August 2014
    2. To consider a response to the (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule
    3. To consider making a donation to the Chairman's Charity Fund
    4. To note correspondence received from Steven Richmond, Health and Environment Manager at RDC regarding fixed penalty notices issued for dog fouling
13. Ryedale Area Committee - To consider and agree to cast a vote for a candidate to fill the vacancy for co-opted member on the Ryedale Area Committee

15. Street Lighting
    1. To receive a report from the Town Clerk on progress of high priority repairs to street lighting in Kirkbymoorside
    2. To note changes in EU Legislation that may impact on Footway Lighting
    3. To agree to integrate the replacement of high Pressure Mercury Vapour(MBF/U)lamps with high pressure sodium lanterns as part of the ongoing repair schedule
16. To consider a request from Steve Shaw, Local Works to submit a proposal under the Sustainable Communities Act asking for the government to give all parish and town councils the right to sell electricity that they generate from local schemes
