10. Old Road Play Area
    1. To note that 14 cubic metres of bark is required for the Playdale Climber bark pit to satisfy play safety standards
    2. To consider and agree to expenditure of £675 + VAT being the cheapest of 3 quotes, to purchase play grade bark
11. Christmas lights - to consider and agree to dispose of the faulty Christmas lights if further attempts to donate them are unsuccessful
12. To receive the Town Mayor’s Report
13. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
14. To receive reports from Members on delegated matters
