2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive minutes of the meeting of the Town Council held on 15 December 2014
   2. To receive minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on 15 December 2014
   3. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with District and County Councillors
   1. County and District Councillors to respond to questions already posed
   2. Town Councillors to raise urgent matters recently arisen
   3. County and District Councillors to advise the Town Council on any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary for January 2015
7. To consider and agree a response to the NYCC consultation about future library provision www.northyorks.gov.uk/libraryconsultation
8. To consider and agree to elaborate on the Fracking policy accepted at the meeting on 15 December 2014 pursuant to minute 14142b:“We have a number of unresolved concerns about important aspects of fracking, and therefore are opposed to any fracking activities in our locality until such a time as satisfactory answers are forthcoming”.
9. Standing Orders
   1. To formally accept the revised Standing Orders received at the meeting on 15 December 2014 pursuant to minute 14144a
   2. To receive a draft policy for dealing with the press/media and consider any revisions
   3. To consider and agree to accept the policy for dealing with the press/media
   4. To consider and agree to adopt Social Media to publicise meetings
10. To consider and agree to appoint additional member(s) of the council to the planning committee
11. To consider and agree a Grant Application from Kirkbymoorside 10k 2015 for £1000 to contribute to the cost of Road Traffic Management and Medical Support
12. To note the forthcoming Site Selection meeting with Jill Thompson, Forward Planning Manager at Ryedale District Council at 7pm on Monday 26th January in The Moorside Room
13. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
14. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
15. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
16. Receive the Town Clerk's Report
17. Questions to the Chairman
18. To note the date of the next meeting on 16 February 2015 at 7.30pm in Church House
