3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the extraordinary meeting of the Town Council held on 26 March 2015
   2. To receive the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held on 16 March 2015
   3. To receive the minutes of the Manor Vale Management Committee meeting held on 7 April 2015
   4. To receive the minutes of the Play Areas & Sports Committee meeting held on 8 April 2015
   5. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary for April 2015
   3. To note that the cost of prodcing the Moorsider has increased from £100.00 to £140.00 and to agree its continued publication
7. To consider and agree to revise the Grant Policy Criteria
8. Grant Applications
   1. To consider and agree the grant application submitted by All Saints Church in the amount of £2500 to contribute towards the cost of grass cutting of the churchyard and removal of the large diseased limb of the Weeping Ash Tree
   2. To consider and agree the grant application submitted by Next Steps Mental Health Resource Centre in the amount of £1,070 to cover 50% of the complete project costs for 1 year
9. Moorside Room
   1. To consider and agree a policy in relation to the management of the Moorside Room
   2. To receive suggestions for the promotion and marketing of the Moorside Room
10. To consider purchase of a budget laptop for use by the clerk (e.g. Asus X555LA)
11. Model Publication Scheme
    1. To agree to adopt the Model Publication Scheme
    2. To approve the 'Guide to Town Council Published Information'
    3. To agree a fee of 10p be charged for each A4 sheet should photocopies of information be requested
    4. To agree to authorise the Town Clerk to revise the guide as and when it was necessary to do so
12. Terms of Reference
    1. To adopt the Terms of Reference for the Manor Vale Management Committee
    2. To adopt the Terms of Reference for the Play Areas & Sports Committee
13. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
14. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
15. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
16. Receive the Town Clerk's Report
17. Questions to the Chairman
18. To note the date of the next meeting on 19 May 2015 at 7.30pm in Church House
