   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 December 2015
7. Grass cutting of verges and A170 roundabout maintenance contracts
   1. To note that expiry of the contracts for grass cutting of the verges and maintenance of the A170 roundabout on 31st March 2016
   2. To consider and agree any revisions to the contract specifications and tender documents
8. To review current flooding issues in Kirkbymoorside and consider what action can be taken
