   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 16 May 2016
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 May 2016
7. To receive applications for the Vacancy on the Town Council and to elect one candidate from the same
8. Streetlighting
   1. To note that the pole mounted lantern unit no 5, pole box and bracket on Keldholme West outside Langsett/Meadow Court needs to be replaced
   2. To agree the replacement with a 20W Orangetek Arialed LED lantern, bole box and bracket at a cost of £710 + VAT inclusive of charges to Northern Powergrid
   3. To consider and agree to procced with light replacement with NYCC
9. Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
10. To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
11. To receive an update on progress of the implementation of short term parking enforcement on Market Place
12. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
13. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
14. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
15. Receive the Town Clerk's report
16. Questions to the Chairman
17. To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 18 July 2016 at 7.30 pm in Church House
