   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 17th July 2017
   2. To receive the minutes of the Play Area and Sports committee meeting held on 7th September 2017
   3. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 August 2017
   3. To note confirmation of the Annual Return for the year 2016-17 by the Auditors and comments recorded
7. Street Furniture
   1. To consider and agree refurbishment of the railings and bench at Pump Hill, Market Place at a cost of £952.00 plus materials
   2. To consider and agree refurbishment of the railings and bench in proximity of 'Simply Delicious' deli, Piercy End at a cost of £816.00 plus materials
8. To consider and agree to co-opt Edward Strickland to the Play Area & Sports Committee
9. The Royal British Legion Remembrance Service and Parade, Sunday 12th November 2017
   1. To note receipt of an invitation by The Royal British Legion to take part in the Remembrance Service and Parade
   2. To agree a sum to contribute towards a wreath under s137 of the Local Government Act 1972
10. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
11. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
12. Receive the Town Clerk's report
13. Questions to the Chairman
14. To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 16 October 2017 at 7.30 pm in Church House
