3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 19th November 2018
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 November 2018
7. West End
   1. To note that pursuant to minute 18150 dated 19th November the informal consultation on traffic management proposals on West End closed on 7th December and all submissions have been sent to NYCC Highways Authority for determination
   2. To receive additional information relevant to the traffic management proposals on West End
   3. To note that the County Council has no funding allocated to assess or implement Resident Parking schemes
   4. To receive a report on the responses from the informal consultation on traffic management proposals on West End
8. New Equipment at Old Road Play Area
   1. To receive information on inclusive play equipment pursuant to Minute 18156d)
   2. To consider and agree the preferred option for funding and choice of play equipment:
      1. Option 1 apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,847.75 being the cost of supply and installation of the Hurac XS Cyclone Unit
      2. Option 2 apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,952.80 being the cost of supply and installation of the Oyster roundabout and 2.1m Free standing slide
      3. Option 3 agree to allocate £4,596.95 from the Town Council reserves to cover the cost of supply and installation of the Oyster roundabout and apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,847.75 being the cost of supply and installation of the Hurac XS Cyclone Unit
9. Wolcome to Kirkbymoorside Sign
   1. To consider and agree the addition of an information panel promoting the local businesses in town
   2. To consider and agree to replace the existing 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' sign on approach from Helmsley with the same design as the sign on approach from Pickering at a cost of £300
   3. To consider and agree to donate the existing 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' sign on approach from Helmsley to the History Group
   4. To receive information from NYCC Highways Authority and RDC as the Planning Authority on the criteria for signage, pursuant to Minute 18155 dated 19th November
10. To note that the S106 grant application in respect of resurfacing ath teh sportsfield has been deferred
11. To receive information on teh Ryedale Market Towns Promotion Project
12. To receive information on progress of Musical Memories
13. Town Mayors Report
14. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
15. To receive reports from Members on delegated matters
16. To receive the Town Clerk's report

18. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 26
19. To receive an application for the vacancy on the Town Council and agree to elect the candidate by co-option
20. To note the date of the next meeting on 21st January 2019 at 7.30pm in Church House
