   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 17th December 2018
   2. To receive the draft minutes of the Staffing Committee meetings held on 15th January 2019

4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:

   1. To receive information from Tim Coyne, Improvement Manager NYCC Highways & Transportation regarding traffic concerns on West End and associated management proposals
   2. To consider and agree an appropriate response to information received
8. Ryedale Car Parking Strategy
   1. To note that Ryedale District Council are appointing consultants to undertake development of a Ryedale Car Parking Strategy
   2. To consider and agree a summary report of local parking issues to be submitted to the consultant
9. To consider and agree proposals received from the Businesses of Kirkbymoorside for the wording of the information panel to be included on the 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' sign promoting the local businesses
10. A170 Roundabout Maintenance contract and Maintenance of Manor Vale Woodland & Grounds Maintenance (Cemetery and Play Area) contract
    1. To note that the contract for maintenance of the A170 roundabout expries on 31 March 2019
    2. To consider and agree to ammend the terms of the contract specified in Section 4 - Contract Conditions to a rolling contract in accordance with the criteria stipulated in term 1.3
    3. To consider and agree to apply the same ammendments to the contract for Maintenance of Manor Vale Woodland & Grounds Maintenance (Cemetery and Play Area) with effect from 1 April 2019
11. To receive information on the Ryedale Market Towns Promotion Project
