2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive and approve the draft minutes of the Meeting held on 16th September 2019
   2. To receive the draft minutes of the Finance Committee meeting dated 30th September 2019
   3. To receive the draft minutes of the Manor Vale Management Committee meeting on 7th October 2019
   4. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 September 2019
7. Complaints
   1. To note complaints received in April 2019 from former councillor Derek Chapman and further to confirm that the complaints were referred immediately to the Monitoring Officer at Ryedale District Council
   2. To note the Town Council has submitted a full and detailed response refuting all the allegations made and dated the 20th June 2019
8. To consider and agree that any spare Christmas decorations may be used for a display to be co-ordinated by the Town Clerk
9. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
10. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
11. Receive the Town Clerk's report
12. Questions to the Chair
13. To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 18 November 2019 at 7.30 pm in Church House
