Members of the Council are required to attend in person. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend. There is limited availability for physical attendance, due to the necessity for social distancing. All participants are required to register their intention to attend by contacting the Town Clerk in advance, by 5pm on the date of the meeting. Email town.clerk@kirkbymoorsidetowncouncil.gov.uk or leave a message by telephone 01751 432217.

All attendees are asked to respect the continued need for social distancing and adhere to the Covid-19 safeguarding protocol, including hand sanitising and track and trace/registration upon arrival.

Photographing, recording, broadcasting or transmitting the proceedings of a meeting is permitted so long as this does not disrupt the meeting in any way. As a matter of courtesy should you wish to record the meeting please make this known to the Chair.

Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
To consider financial matters:
1. To report the cost of training since the last meeting of the Council pursuant to minute 20033
2. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve payments according to the list provided
3. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 October 2021
4. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2022/23
5. To agree the budget for 2022/23 and determine the precept
6. To receive correspondence from Ryedale District Council confirming payment of £8,239.68 being the first installment of Community Infrastructure Levy in respect of Planning Application 18/01313/MFUL
To receive the final determination by Ryedale District Council in respect of Town Farm car park
To consider the cost of £1,328.94 + VAT for remedial repairs to play equipment at Old Road play area
Public Seats
1. To note that the public bench at the Millenium flower bed at the junction of Westfields and the A170 has been refurbished by Richard Ward and David Brewer
2. To note that materials for Schedule One of the refurbishemt programme were ordered from Duncombe Sawmill on 7 October 2021
3. To note that materials for Schedule Two of the refurbishment were orderd from Duncombe Sawmill on 9 November 2021
To consider the request by Next Steps Mental Health Resource Centre to locate a lockable storage container at the Moorside Room
To receive information on NYCC's Respect & Protect Campaign
Community Award
1. To invite nominations for the Community Award
2. To note the closing date for nominations is 31 January 2022
