1. To elect a Chair for the ensuing year
2. To receive apologies for absence
3. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To review the value of items on the Council's Asset Register
6. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
7. Revenue Budget
   1. To create an initial draft budget for the financial year 2022/23
   2. To consider and agree to make recommendation to the Town Council regarding the precept
8. To agree on the date of the next meeting
