Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

   3. To review the Council's Asset Register, updated March 2023

   5. To review the Risk Assessment Strategy, updated March 2022
   6. To agree appointment of the internal auditor
7. To receive correspondence from Ryedale Community Foodbank and consider the increased cost of rent of the Kirkbymoorside Methodist Church Schoolroom from £20 per week to £30
8. North Yorkshire Council - Double Devolution
   1. To receive the draft expression of interest in respect of Town Farm Car Park
   2. To note that the North Yorkshire Council is not willing to devolve services or assets that generate an income for the North Yorkshire Council
   3. To consider further pursuit of the feasibility to affect parking charges for Town Farm car park post devolution on 1 April 2023
9. Moorside Room
   1. To consider use of the Moorside Room as the First Aid base for the 10k event on 30 April, at no charge
   2. To consider use of the Moorside Room for display of the 'Women of Kirkbymoorside' exhibition, to promote the town, on 30 April to coincide with the 10k event and 2 May to coincide with the Annual Town meeting, at no charge
10. To consider the cost of £75 to refill the grit bin on Westfield Mews
11. To receive details of costs associated with resurfacing of the footpaths in Old Road play area and the car park at the sports field
12. To receive an update on progress of the Fiver Fest 11 - 25 March 2023
13. To consider the format for promotion of the Town Council to generate interest in co-option of new members
14. To consider the draft response to the North Yorkshire draft Parish Charter consultation, closing date 12 April 2023
15. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
16. To receive the Town Clerk's report
17. To receive the Town Mayor's report

19. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of agenda item 20.
20. To receive the nominations for the Community Award and to agree the recipient(s)
