Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 28 February 2025
   3. To consider a regrade of the office broadband and line rental services
7. Moorside Room
   1. To note submission of Planning Application ZE25/00248/FUL in respect of the replacement windows to the front elevation, pursuant to minute 24179
   2. To receive information of the heat loss calculation and consider associated recommendations
8. To receive information on the requirements and costs associated with the installation of CCTV in the town centre and agree any appropriate action
9. To consider quotes for cleaning of the equipment at Old Road play area, skatepark and Ryedale View play area and agree appointment
10. To consider quotations for energy contracts at the sportsfield
11. To consider the revised cost of £250 per issue for content and publication design of the Moorsider
12. To consider application to North Yorkshire Council for a street furniture licence in respect of a bin located at lay by on the A170 east, the cost of the bin to be allocated to cost code 9
13. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
14. To receive the Town Clerk's report
15. To receive the Town Mayor's report

17. To agree the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 21 April 2025 at 7.30pm in Church House
