To consider the requests by the Kirkbymoorside Community Support Group to:
transfer ownership to the Town Council of flags and flagpoles used to promote and enhance the town and town events, approximated asset value of £4,000
transfer of responsibility for the seasonal installation and subsequent removal of flag poles and flags, approximated annual cost of £600
storage of flags and flagpoles between seasons
