3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 8 July 2013
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. Councillors' Audit
   1. Review the monthly financial reports, business continuity and the risk assessment section of the annual return and agree any recommendations to Council which may arise
6. Sportsfield Association
   1. Receive relevant documentation on current financial position; given imminent standing down of current committee, consider any requests for urgently required / necessary supporting and/or additional information from outgoing committee members and any other parties;
   2. Discuss strategic and operational financial implications and agree any recommendations to Council which may arise
7. To note that recommendations made to Council regarding the pension provision have been actioned in accordance with Council approval (minute 13074 dated 15 July 2013)
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
