3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 6 December 2013
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. Councillors' Audit - To note that a review of the monthly financial reports, business continuity and the risk assessment section of the annual returns has been carried out and to agree any recommendations to Council which may arise
6. To review Internal and External audit arrangements and timescales.
7. To review the value of items on the Council's Asset Register with reference to notes from the auditors in 2013.
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
