  - To elect a Chair
  - To receive apologies for absence
  - To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
  - Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
  - Moorside Room improvements
    - To receive information on progress of Phase 1 improvement to the building
    - To consider Phase 2 improvements to the building, pursuant to Minute 25011, including options for alternative flooring
    - To identify any other necessary repairs and maintenance
    - To consider making recommendations to full Council at the meeting on 21 July 2025
  - Questions to the Chair
  - To agree the date of the next meeting
