5. Moorside Room improvements
   1. To receive information on progress of Phase 1 improvement to the building
   2. To consider Phase 2 improvements to the building, pursuant to Minute 25011, including options for alternative flooring
   3. To identify any other necessary repairs and maintenance
   4. To consider making recommendations to full Council at the meeting on 21 July 2025
