4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To receive information from the sports clubs regarding their plans for the future looking at 1, 3 and 5 year plans and consider potential areas where the clubs could work together to apply for grant funding
6. To receive a report on the progress by Hedleys Solicitors on the issuance of leases and pitch licence for the sports clubs
7. Questions to the Chairman
8. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting is 8th January and to consider and agree deferring this to the later date of 26th March 2015
