   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 8th April 2015
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note that the Play Areas & Sports Committee budget for 2015/16 is £3000 (£2000 allocated to the Play Areas and £1000 allocated to the Sportsfield) and to discuss the budget for 2016/17 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 3 November 2015
6. To receive a report on progress of development proposals at the sports field
7. Questions to the Chairman
8. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting is 10th March 2016
