   1. To note that a S106 project funding application was submitted for consideration by the RDC Commissioners Board on 21 November 2013
   2. To consider recommendations for repairs by Lightmain
5. To note that the Play Areas Committee budget for 2012/13 is £5000 and to discuss the budget for 2013/14 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 6 December 2013
6. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
7. To agree a date for the next meeting.
