   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 6 June 2011.
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To consider varying the contract for the Assistant to the Town Clerk in order to change her appointment to Assistant Clerk.
6. To confirm the number of hours of training for the Town Clerk in order for her to complete the Working With Your Council course. The first session begins on 20 July 2011 in Selby.
7. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
