4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To agree a report to present to full council regarding the appointment of the new Town Clerk including start date and working days.
6. To review and agree the contract for the Town Clerk
7. To review and agree the induction arrangements for the Town Clerk
8. To agree possible dates for review and appraisal meetings with the Town Clerk
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
