- To consider matters arising.
- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
- To agree a report to present to full council regarding the appointment of the new Town Clerk including start date and working days.
- To review and agree the contract for the Town Clerk
- To review and agree the induction arrangements for the Town Clerk
- To agree possible dates for review and appraisal meetings with the Town Clerk
- To agree on the date of the next meeting.
