3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 7 February 2024
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To review the Staffing Committee Terms of Reference and agree any recommendations to full Council
6. Salary considerations pursuant to Minute of the Ordinary Town Council Meeting dated 18 November
   1. To receive the revised NJC pay scales for 2024/25 to be implemented from 1 April 2024
   2. To note application of the revised NJC pay scales to payroll, backdated to 1 April 2024
7. To agree to exclude members of the public from discussion of item 8
8. To consider and undertake the annual review of the Town Clerks salary
9. To agree to make recommendations to the full Council
10. To agree the date of and appoint appraisers to the annual appraisal
11. To agree the date of the next Staffing Committee meeting, currently scheduled to be held on 20 January 2025, dependent upon availability
