4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note the steps which have been taken to date to try to respond to the issues presented by Councillor Chapman’s conduct
6. To consider and agree a future approach and strategy with reference to any reoccurring issues presented by Councillor Chapman’s conduct
7. To note the date of the next meeting will be determined by the 2019/20 Schedule of Meetings
