5. To consider installing a gas sub-meter in the Recreation Club at a cost of £546.00 plus VAT
6. To consider installing an electricity sub-meter in the Recreation Club at a cost of £261.00 plus VAT
7. Insurance
   1. To note that the Chaucer insurance policy UK CCC 9018471 has been cancelled with effect from 31 October 2013
   2. To note insurance provision on the Town Council policy with effect from 1 November 2013
8. Recreation Club
   1. To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
   2. To receive a report on progress of management of the facilities
9. To receive specifications from the Football and Cricket Club in respect of maintenance requirements for the pitch
10. To consider a protocol for parties interested in the use of the sports field and facilities
11. To receive a report on progress to date concerning the management of utilities and grounds maintenance
12. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
