8. To consider financial matters
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee including the budget for 2012/13
9. All Saints
   1. To review and agree to continue the service agreement for the All Saints Church clock
   2. To agree to continue paying the clock winder and reimburse All Saints Church for payments in same respect
10. Streetlights:
    1. To receive a report from the clerk on the progress of the survey and insurance of the town’s street lighting
    2. To agree to the provision of outside power supplies attached to lamp posts (where required) for the connection of exterior celebratory lighting
11. To request the Town Council to place an external light outside the council office with associated pv switch for dusk to dawn operation and replace the signage to enable the electorate to identify the Town Council office
12. Old Library
    1. To agree to reinstate the security contract for the alarm system
    2. To request the team to consult with John Paul with the aim of bringing specific proposals for action to the council
    3. To note a date for the meeting of the team
13. To debate who should have unrestricted access to the Council's web site for the purpose of editing
14. To note the request from North York Moors National Park Authority for consultation in respect of the Draft Housing Development Plan
15. To consider the response to the Highways and Transportation Survey received 24 November 2011
