5. Discussions with District and County Councillors

6. To consider financial matters:

7. To receive a brief presentation from Kirkbymoorside Scouts on their plans for the future as part of their 2013 C3 Challenge: 'Community, Creativity, Co-operation'
8. Grants
   1. Next Steps Mental Health Resource Centre request a grant of £1,860 to maintain services provided by the Next Steps outreach group to adults with mental health problems in Kirkbymoorside
   2. Ryedale Carers Support request a grant of £1,068 to contribute towards the annual running costs of the Kirkbymoorside Support Group
   3. Kirkbymoorside Environmanet Group request a grant of £1,040 to publish, print and distribute 2,500 copies of the 4th edition of the Kirkbymoorside Shopping Guide
9. To consider suggestions for ‘cultural events’ that may be suitable for funding as part of the Tour de France 100 day cultural festival, to be held between 27 March and July 5 2014
10. To consider revisions to the Schedule of Meetings 2013-14
11. To consider the current lease agreement of the 424HS Green Machine pavement sweeper with Ryedale District Council and options for renewal, purchase or other
12. To consider replacing the litter bin located at the bus stop at the south end of Piercy Lane at a cost of £128 inclusive of VAT
13. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
14. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
15. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
16. Receive the Town Clerk's report
