   2. Town Councillors to raise urgent matters recently arisen

   1. To note that Gladmans are appealing the decision of RDC to refuse to grant planning permission for application 13/01314/MOUT
   2. To discuss and agree if the Council wishes to make any additional comments, or modify its previous representation
8. To note the response from NYCC Highways Authority in respect of the introduction of 20mph speed restrictions in Kirkbymoorside
9. To acknowledge thanks received from All Saints Parish Church for the contribution of £2000 towards the upkeep of the church yard
10. To receive the Town Mayor’s Report
11. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
12. To receive reports from Members on delegated matters
