3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 16 March 2015
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations,ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To agree to the recording of the meeting and future meetings of the council and its committees
6. To confirm that the council fully supports the excellent work done by the clerk and categorically rejects any implication of impropriety (including the withholding of documents and information)
7. To confirm that the council deplores any action by councillors that has a negative impact on council staff or damages the council's standing as a good employer
8. To confirm the council's confidence in its elected chairman and to confirm that councillors must abide by the standing orders
9. To agree the draft Council's Priorities and Cost Control Statement
10. To note the date of the next meeting on 20 April 2015 at 7.30pm in Church House
