   1. To consider and agree the format and arrangements for the debate on the motion “This house believes that UK regulations make fracking safe”
   2. To note the response from NYCC Highways & Transport and Third Energy to the policy statement regarding HGV movement relating to the test frack site at Kirbymisperton adopted on 16th October Minute 17101b)ii)
