2. To receive Declarations of Interest in items on the agenda
3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 15th October 2018
   2. To receive the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 18th October 2018
   3. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 October 2018
   3. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2019/20
   4. To determine the precept for 2019/20
   5. To consider and agree to the expense of £75 to purchase 50no. car parking spaces in Town Farm Car Park on 24th November 2018 at the concessionary day rate of £1.50 each
7. To appoint Cllr Holroyd to the Finance, Planning and Staffing Committees, Councillors Audit and Disciplinary Panel
8. Bus Shelter at A170 Eastbound bus stop
   1. To note that the closing date for submissions in respect of the consultation on the proposal to install a bus shelter at the eastbound bus stop on the A170 was Friday 9th November 2018
   2. To note that 34 submissions were received in support of the proposal and 169 submissions were received opposing the proposal
   3. To note that NYCC Highways Authority have determined not to reissue the licence for the bus shelter
9. Traffic Concerns on West End
   1. To receive information from NYCC Highways Authority on a proposed priority system for traffic on West End
   2. To consider and agree to carry out an informal consultation with the residents of West End to determine support of the proposal
10. To receive information on progress of the Ryedale Market Towns Promotion Project
11. To receive correspondence from RDC in respect of the 2018/19 Footpaths Winter Maintenance Schedule and agree a suitable response
12. To consider and agree the proposal by Cllr Chapman to offer free usage of the Moorside Room when unoccupied(including utilities), for non-charging, volunteer-run, council supported projects
13. To consider and agree the proposal by Cllr Chapman that The Moorsider, should evolve to include more contributors and independent editorship
14. To consider and agree the proposal by Cllr Chapman for high street business promotion signs to be installed on the A170, approx. 50-100m from the roundabout
15. New Equipment at Old Road Play Area
    1. To note that the closing date for submission in respoect of the consultation on teh proposal for new play area equipment at Old Road play area was Friday 9th November 2018
    2. To note that 59 votes were recorded: Option A 20; Option B 2; Option C 37
    3. To note additional response to the consultation by members of the public
    4. To consider and agree to apply to the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All grant scheme for £9,847.75 being the cost of supply and installation of Option C, Hurac XS Cyclone Unit
16. To note the response from Ryedale District Council to the Town Council’s suggestion to use the Moorside Room as a polling station venue

18. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters

23. To receive an application for the vacancy on the Town Council and agree to elect the candidate by co-option
