Members of the Council are required to attend. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

6. To consider financial matters
   1. To note completion of the limited assurance review of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) for the year ended 31 March 2022 by PKF Littlejohn LLP with no matters raised
   2. To consider the option to opt out of the SAAA central external auditor appointment arrangements from Financial Year 2022/23 to 2026/27
   3. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   4. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 August 2022
7. To receive correspondence from Ryedale Community Foodbank and consider:
   1. the cost of £18 being the shortfall of rent for the period from 01/09/22 to 30/10/22, due to the increase in hire charges
   2. ongoing financial support to cover the cost of room hire at £20 per week, being £260 for the period from 31/10/22 to 29/01/23 and means of payment
8. To receive the latest information on Flood Risk Management
9. To consider the installation of structures at The Pound pursuant to Minute 22071 dated 18 July 2022 and receive quotations
10. Old Road play area
    1. To consider the cost of installation of 2.4m log swing with flat seats
    2. To consider the installation of additional play equipment and agree the format for public consultation
11. To reciev correspondence from Kirkbymoorside History Group and consider the installation of a bench in the town centre to commemorate Robin Butler, at a cost of £795 + VAT
12. To receive information from All Saints PCC regarding the maintenance of the churchyard pursuant to the matter raised under Questions to the Chair, Minute 22076 and agree a response as appropriate
13. To receive the proposed devolution deal between central government and local authorities for York and North Yorkshire
14. To note the launch of the North York Moors Management Plan
15. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
16. To receive the Town Clerk's report
17. To receive the Town Mayor's report
