Rethink Mental Illness
Staying well – how can we manage our wellbeing?
Over the next few months as we transition into potentially difficult times, we will be sharing advice on how to manage anxieties and stressors to help you maintain good mental health.
Live Q&A on managing anxieties – 9th September
A panel of experts will be sharing their tips on how to best manage anxious feelings that may arise as many of us return to or start at new places of work. This event is free for anyone to attend by signing up to our online community Clic. Whether it is relevant to you, someone in your team or household, join us to hear some invaluable advice on how to manage your wellbeing when it comes to periods of change.
World Mental Health Day & our burnout survey – 10th October
|
This World Mental Health Day we along with our friends at Mental Health UK are focusing on burnout. What causes it and how equipped people feel to manage their stress levels, both at work and home as these two worlds become more intertwined. We are conducting a survey and will share the results, as well as tools and advice on how to prevent burnout, in the lead up to World Mental Health Day. If you are interested in finding out more about what we’re up to and to share your thoughts, get in touch below.

We know how important physical activity is for maintaining our wellbeing, so why not join our biggest trekking challenge next month? Take on Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in one weekend – this is a challenge that requires a good level of fitness, as well as plenty of grit and determination, but you will be rewarded with a huge sense of achievement and spectacular views. All the funds you raise will go straight to helping us support people severely affected by mental illness across England, at a time where our advice, information and support is needed more than ever. Three Peaks Challenge – 23rd – 25th October
